Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our growing Digital and Technology team. In this role, you will lead UX strategy and design across key [REDACTED] platforms - including eCommerce, internal tools, mobile applications, and customer-facing digital platforms.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, data teams, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class user experiences that align with our business goals and brand values.

This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and owning end-to-end design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy and Discovery

• Lead UX planning, research, and design direction across multiple digital products.
• Champion user-centred thinking and embed UX best practices across the product lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements, customer insights, and technical constraints into clear design strategies and solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to explore problem spaces and align teams.

User Research

• Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, observational studies, and heuristic evaluations.
• Analyse customer behaviour, user journeys, and product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
