The IxDF Continent Managers help shape design-driven career transformation across six continents. We're proud to have 493 Local Groups in 105 countries, guided by 9 Continent Managers, 90 Country Managers, and 450 Local Leaders. Together, they provide strategic and operational leadership that strengthen and extend IxDF's global impact.

The Executive Educational Board oversees and guides the overall direction of the IxDF in close collaboration with the founders.
Its primary focus is to ensure we continue to equip our members with timeless, human-centered skills that create real and measurable results—for themselves, their employers, and the end users they design for.
In short, our Executive Educational Board helps us shape human-centered design education that improves quality of life for humankind, starting with the life and career of each IxDF member.
The Executive Board's responsibilities are threefold:
Curriculum Oversight: Make sure IxDF's courses, master classes, and platform stay aligned with our mission and goal: to equip our members with the most in-demand, human-centered skills to positively impact their careers and the companies they serve.
Innovation and Adaptation: Keep IxDF at the forefront of design education and uphold its position as the industry gold standard. Focus on innovation and industry trends so our educational offerings remain cutting-edge and continue to arm our members with skills AI can never replace.
Executive Leadership: Help recruit and support top leadership to strengthen our company culture of excellence and high performance. Our members deserve (and expect) world-class education and career transformation, which is why excellence in leadership is essential, not optional.
The Board of Directors works with the founders to shape and govern the overall direction of IxDF. Formally, the Board sets strategic priorities in collaboration with the founders, provides oversight of governance and operations, and ensures accountability and transparency across the organization. In simpler terms, the Board holds us accountable and helps us stay true to our mission: to continue setting the gold standard for design education and career transformation worldwide.
The Board of Directors' responsibilities:
Accountability: Hold the organization accountable to our mission, performance goals, values, and, above all, our audacious goal of putting a dent in the universe.
Strategic Planning and Foresight: Provide foresight and help set the mid- and long-term strategic priorities.
Performance Monitoring: Help evaluate organizational performance and recommend adjustments to make sure we meet our goals.
